2016 Employee Service Awards Banquet

2016 Employee Service Awards Banquet

Recognizing 2015 anniversaries

There is nothing like that feeling of accomplishment we all get when we know we've done a job well. But equally gratifying — call it icing on the cake — is receiving recognition and appreciation for our hard work and efforts. At Charles E. Smith Life Communities we've created an annual occasion to proclaim to our valued employees how much the organization recognizes and honors their tremendous dedication in providing superior services to residents, fellow staff members, and the campus as a whole.

At the 2016 Employee Service Awards Banquet, CEO/President Warren Slavin, Board of Governors and Board of Directors Chairman Joseph Hoffman, department directors, senior managers, and nurse managers expressed their respect and thanks to those individuals who have reached watershed anniversaries in 2015 for their years of service here, starting with Minnie Jones, for 45 years in Food Services, Linda Pate, for 40 years in Laundry, and Thelma Bennett, for 35 years also in Food Services.
