As a long-term resident, you may stay
enrolled in Medicare, or you may opt to
enroll in Evercare, a managed care option
at the Hebrew Home that provides nurse
practitioner services, works to lessen trips
to the hospital, and can reduce your out-of-
pocket costs. Call

How do I get a document notarized?
This is a free service for Hebrew Home
residents and their families. Several staff
are licensed notaries. In Wasserman, ask
in the Administrative office; in Smith-Kogod,
ask in the Administrative office or the
Development office.
How do I set up a Hebrew Home bank account
for my relative?
You may open a bank account at the Home
with a check for $100. Speak with the
banker during afternoon bank hours, or
call in the morning at
